French Rowing Federation engages the younger generation in rowing
CONTEXT
As part of the "Rame en 5ème" program to introduce rowing to middle school students, the French Rowing Federation sought a digital tool to further engage young people during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
ACTION
Sporty Peppers developed a rowing game that immerses young participants in a thrilling race against the clock or a team relay for 1 to 10 players. The game is connected to rowing machines and offers fully customizable settings (number of participants, distance, difficulty levels, etc.).
RESULT
This solution supports the digital transformation of rowing clubs, helping them attract and retain members. A large number of clubs adopted this tool as part of the "Rame en 5ème" program. Additionally, the French Rowing Federation can incorporate partner logos into the game for promotion during events, generating extra revenue.
The game was featured in all fan zones where the French Rowing Federation was present.
This project highlights Sporty Peppers' commitment to using video games as a tool for promoting sports, while helping the French Rowing Federation acquire and retain members.
