One million squats with BPCE

CONTEXT

The interactive game “Défi pour Tous” (Challenge for All), designed as an innovative internal engagement tool, enabled Groupe BPCE, through Sportfive, to encourage physical activity and strengthen cohesion around a common goal through a fun and unifying collective experience.

The objective was twofold:

✅ to generate maximum engagement and enthusiasm among as many employees as possible, from June to September

✅ to encourage employees to get moving and thus continue the group's efforts to combat sedentary lifestyles!
